We process personal data for the following purposes:
– Responding to contacts and requests for quotations. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us and pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.
– Preparing, implementing and administering contracts related to housing transactions and customer relationships. The legal basis is a contract.
– Compliance with statutory obligations, such as accounting and obligations under the Housing Transactions Act and construction legislation. The legal basis is a statutory obligation.
– Customer communications, such as informing about our new properties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest or consent. You can object to marketing at any time.
– Ensuring the operation, security and spam protection of the website and statistics on visitor numbers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest.
4. Personal data processed
We may process the following information:
– name
– telephone number
– email address
– content of the contact or message
– apartments and properties of interest
– information related to the housing transaction, such as contract, payment and billing information
– technical information related to the use of the website, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited
5. Regular sources of information
We mainly receive information from you when you contact us via the contact form on the website, by phone, email or WhatsApp, or when you enter into a contract with us. Technical information is collected from your use of the website.
6. Contact form
The information sent via the contact form (name, phone number, email address and message) is transmitted to us by email and is not stored in the website database. To prevent spam, the sender’s IP address is temporarily stored for approximately 10 minutes, after which it is automatically deleted.
7. Data transfers and recipients
We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. These include website server and maintenance services (Hostinger, servers in the EU), email services and accounting services. We may also disclose data to partners in the housing transaction, such as real estate agents and banks, when necessary to complete the housing transaction.
8. Transfer of data outside the EU or EEA
As a general rule, we process data within the EU and EEA. The following services are exceptions:
– WhatsApp: If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message will also be processed by Meta Platforms, and data may be transferred to the United States.
– Google Fonts: The website downloads fonts from Google servers, which means that your browser’s IP address will be transmitted to Google.
